QUALIPAC PLUS MALAGA (a division of Workpower Incorporated)
 Workpower was established in 1992 to create opportunities for
people with disability and/or mental illness. Last year, Workpower
assisted more than 700 people with disability through employment,
respite and community participation programs in seven separate
divisions located across the metropolitan area and into Mandurah.
In 2009 Workpower moved back into the Malaga area, establishing
a new site for our Qualipac Plus and Aspire Employment divisions.
Workpower previously operated its commercial packaging businesses
in Malaga from 1995 to 2002. Qualipac Plus Malaga provides employment
for 53 people with disability, through the completion of commercial
contracts for the business sector; Aspire Employment helps people
with disability and/or mental illness to find employment in the
open job market, effectively helping Malaga businesses through
innovative recruitment solutions.

Native Animal Rescue
 Native Animal Rescue (NAR) is a not-for-profit, non government
incorporated body dedicated to the rehabilitation and release of
sick, injured, orphaned and displaced native animals.
Founded in 1982 and previously known as Fauna Rehabilitation Foundation,
Native Animal Rescue is headquartered on a 15 hectare natural bush
site in Malaga. Native Animal Rescue cares for more than 3,000
native birds and animals in need each year. This includes native
birds of various species, echidnas, kangaroos, possums, bandicoots
and reptiles.
