AGM and CHRISTMAS SUNDOWNER

Notice of Annual General Meeting

MDBA will hold it's Annual General Meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday 9 December at the Ballajura Community College Senior Library.

All members are encouraged to attend and to bring guests. Nominations for Committee and executive positions are also called for 2009. If you wish to nominate for a position, please complete the nomination form and fax to 9248 2526 by 24 November 2008.

Following the AGM, there will be a FREE sundowner.

For catering purposes, please RSVP for the Sundowner (if you have not already nominated for a committee position) by 28 November by faxing the form or emailing to Julie Davies at
