Over the last few years it has become commonplace to seek assistance
from a Finance Broker (also known as a Mortgage Broker) when purchasing
a new home. Recent statistics show that certain mainstream lending
institutions rely on Brokers for up to 75% of their home loan business.
And given the experience and knowledge that many Brokers have it’s
not a surprise that many people are turning to them for professional
and trusted advice. So what does a Broker actually do?
A Finance Broker acts as an intermediary between the borrower and
the lender. A good Broker provides information and advice relevant
to the requirements of the client. They calculate things like
how much you can borrow and how much repayments will be. They
also provide information specific to different lending institutions.
This entails bank fees and interest rates as well as costs associated with leaving
the lender at some point in the future (commonly called “deferred establishment
fees”).
At 3D Home Loans we follow a well tested process comprising education,
comparisons and disclosure. Over the years we’ve discovered
that although many people have a home loan the majority of them
have never had the benefit of a simple explanation of how it works.
For this reason we take the time to thoroughly compare a number
of alternatives from different lenders showing all fees and interest
rates that are applicable. These comparisons are customised for
each client and are specific to the purchase or refinance they
require.
We work with each of our clients to form a business relationship
built on trust and respect. We encourage questions and openly discuss
all costs associated with each loan. Many clients are surprised
when we explain that each lender we deal with pays us rather than
requiring us to charge a fee for our service to our clients. They
are also relieved to know we disclose this in writing prior to
having them sign up for a home loan.
The end result is a fully informed client who understands their
loan and is comfortable they have made the right decision.

Quality Meats has been operating in Malaga for over
20 years. Our business is Foodservice/ Wholesale Butchers. We
supply restaurants, hotels, taverns and supermarkets with quality
fresh meats and smallgoods.
We process all our beef, lamb, pork, chicken and quality smallgoods
including ham, bacon and fresh sausages in house.
We have recently relocated our business to 58 Westchester
Road in Malaga, in addition to our foodservice
/ wholesale we have opened a factory outlet shop and a lunch
bar in the front of our premises. The shop trading hours are Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm and 8am to 2:30pm on a Saturday.
The Lunch Bar Kitchen is opened from 6:30am -2:30pm Monday – Friday,
we offer great meals, drinks, sandwiches, snacks and rolls.
With Christmas just around the corner maybe its time to start
thinking about your Christmas hams and turkeys or even a nice juicy
port leg, maybe even try one of our pickled pork legs on the Webber, YUM!!!!!
